Skeleton oil seal mold: poorly packaged skeleton oil, resulting in leakage

   1.There are obvious scars on the lip of the oil seal. It may be that when the oil seal is assembled, the oil seal scratches the lip through the keyway or thread. The oil seal needs to be replaced, and when reinstalled, a jacket can be used to protect the oil seal lip.

   2.The oil seal is deformed by a butterfly, which is caused by improper oil seal installation tools. Need to redesign and manufacture the oil seal installation tool.

   3.Excessive grease is applied to the lip of the oil seal and the surface of the shaft. When assembling, when the oil seal lip and the shaft surface are coated with too much grease, the grease can be reduced and returned to normal after the shaft is operated for a period of time.

   4.The oil seal lip assembly direction is reversed or the spring is loose. The shaft end chamfer is improper, the finish is too low, or the assembly is too strong, causing the oil seal lip to turn over or the spring to fall off. You can polish the shaft end angle with fine sandpaper, apply grease, and carefully install the oil seal.
