The flow tank is often processed too far from the cavity or the size control during manufacturing is not strict, which makes the product difficult to trim and the product is not beautiful.

The two-opening oil seal mold has been improved for these problems. The inner end of the triangular flow tank has the same size as the outer diameter of the product, and the upper and lower modules are used to form a sharp edge shape. When the oil seal is molded, the fly is superfluous. The edge is cut, which simplifies the trimming process and improves the appearance quality of the product. Since the flow tank and the appearance of the cavity are respectively on different modules, the size does not interfere, and the precision is also easily ensured.
