The performance test of the oil seal has its own unique features. In addition to the development of automated and semi-automatic rubber compound performance testing instruments, foreign countries also pay special attention to the testing methods and instruments that reflect the process performance of rubber compounds and the performance of sealing products. International standards were developed to control the amount of oil leakage during the oil seal rotation test. The screen display electronic computer control, screen dialogue size and automatic section gauge were developed. However, the testing methods of most domestic manufacturers are still very backward.

There is still no way to carry out a large-scale micro-leakage inspection of the oil seal. Therefore, there is no way to ensure the quality stability of mass-produced products.
